What do we buy?

• Missing Paperwork – Often we can locate missing paperwork at the courthouse or re-establish lost documents.

• Slow Payers – This is a common occurrence with notes. We have systems in place to make sure it doesn’t slow us down.

• Late Payers -We regularly buy notes where a property owner has stopped making regular payments. Don’t worry, your note still has value.
